By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.

General

- You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.- I will NOT work with any kind of AI generated images.- Payment is made via PayPal in USD. I don't accept cryptocurrencies.- I will never:
Message you first about commission slots.
Quote retweet your post/comment about commission slots.
Offer you a commission slot via a public reply.These are the actions of an impersonator.
Please be cautious, as I cannot be held responsible in the event you are scammed by someone pretending to be me. Always double check the account when messaging someone you think is me.

PAYMENT

- Payment should be made within 24 hours upon request. I may cancel the commission if no contact is made within that time.- Payment should be sent as 'Goods and Services'.- I am only accepting full, upfront payment at this time.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

- Refunds must be discussed with me before they are made. Failure to notify me before making a charge-back of any kind will result in you being blacklisted.- If you wish to cancel the commission before I send you the first sketch, I will refund 90% of the original payment. I will retain 10% as I begin work immediately upon payment.- If you wish to cancel the commission after you have already approved the first sketch, I will refund you 50% of the original payment.- I cannot accept a refund request once I begin coloring or line-art.

PROCESS

- Upon accepting, I will give you a time-frame for when to expect the first sketch. This usually ranges from within 24 hours to 3 days.- I will send you updates whenever I feel it necessary to confirm the artwork is to your liking.- The best time to request changes is early on in the process. The earlier you request a change, the less likely it is I will have to charge an additional fee.- Changes requested during the sketching phase is always free.- Changes requested once line-art / coloring has begun will usually incur a charge. (Dependent on complexity of change.)- Mistakes I make in depicting your character will always be free of charge to rectify. However, this is only true to the extent of the references you initially provided. I will not freely fix inaccuracies from a reference you neglected to send.

STATEMENT ON AI

- I do not give consent for my artworks to be used in training, remixing, retouching, or modified in any way with generative AI tools.- I will not accept AI generated references/characters as reference material.- I will not use generative AI in any way to create your commissioned artwork.
